"This is a boutique hotel right on the water with beautiful patios and rooms! We had the penthouse on the water and could see Cozumel lit up at night. The property was so clean and very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and have kitchenettes with everything you need to cook. The staff is so attentive and humble and very kind. They met our every need and request quickly and with no problems at all. The location is perfect, and transportation was easy to access. There was a lot of Sargassum that smelled pretty bad, but of course, that was outside of the hotel’s control. Other guests we met said their hotels also have an overload of it. I would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful, quiet, and very private hotel."

"We had a wonderful vacation, and the property was nice. The staff were helpful and attentive. Food was quite good, particularly the Italian concept. The pool area is tight, and although we were there on a lower attendance time, I could imagine it being tough to find room. Overall, the experience was good. Playa Del Carmen is its own thing... like most Mexican/ Caribbean spots, the vendors are aggressive almost to the point of seeming threatening, but things are very mellow on property, and they genuinely try to make your stay social. Very nice for a long weekend, but probably not suited for extended stays, unless you intend to do excursions. Recommended."

"My boyfriend paid for several additional room add ons and those items were not provided. Do not pay to upgrade your steak to premium meat because it’s not worth it. The chefs don’t know what medium of medium well is apparently. The elevators didn’t work. The pool with swim up bar was ok, but the service was better at the pool downstairs"

"The property has was immaculate , the staff was kind and super helpful. Though the spa needs some help with there services not what I consider a spa day!! There prices were very high for the services you get no one specializes in one thing its NOT the people who perform the services at all they’re doing exactly what they have been taught it’s the big shots who are doing there job to make sure it’s a real spa which it is NOT"
