"The Best All-Inclusive Stay Ever! Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail Our stay at Moon Palace The Grand was easily the best all-inclusive vacation we've ever had. Everything was fantastic: the hospitality, service, accommodation, cleanliness, and food all exceeded our expectations. They truly pay attention to detail and go above and beyond for their guests. Upon arrival, they noted it was my birthday and, as an Expedia VIP, upgraded us to a Governor Suite. Concierge Cecilia was incredibly thoughtful, swapping the standard wine for sparkling apple cider when she learned I don't drink, and the next day we had a lovely room surprise with balloons. The service was exceptional everywhere. The concierge team on chat efficiently arranged early-morning packed lunches for our tour, and pool/water park servers checked on us constantly. Dining was a treat; the dinner at Circus included a special birthday celebration, and the chef at Riviera Maya prepared special vegetarian dishes for us. The breakfast buffet options were great, and all staff were friendly and attentive. The only minor critique is the frequency of the golf carts. If you're far from the main lobby, you rely on them often, so improved frequency would be ideal. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at this property and will definitely be back again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were spacious and well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The fully stocked free mini bar that was replenished daily was definitely a plus! The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful, you could see they all loved working here and it made the holiday all the more enjoyable. The facilities were great, the choice of restaurants and bars abundant and we had so much variety that we didn’t go to the same one twice in the week that we were there. We loved the beach but preferred to use the pool to swim as we were there when there was a lot of sea grass. There was lots to do in resort with a daily schedule of different activities and entertainment offerings to keep you occupied if you wanted more than just chill on a beach or around the pool. My only criticisms would be that they allowed people to place towels on the sunbeds even if they weren’t using them all day and didn’t stop people from holding onto the floats that were available for you to use in the pool (Lazy River) so I would recommend you take your own."
