Everything was perfect. The property was clean and they worked very hard daily to maintain. The food was excellent and you could not ask for more attentive, friendly, warm staff. We did not want for anything our entire stay. As they say, the hardest part was leaving.

The property is close to the beach and is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The activities were fun, but need to be displayed around the property so that you know what is going on for the day rather than having to be on your phone constantly to check the app for the schedule. Also it would be great if the app displayed details about the activity and where each activity was going to take place. Also heads up, if you have resort credits a supervisor will tell you that you can use it at their tasting, massage, dinner upgrade, but when you check out the front desk will let you tell you that you it doesn’t qualify if after you let them know of the supervisor who gave you that information.

loved it! such a calm place nothing crazy if your looking for a party this isn’t the place for you but calm relaxing day is beautiful the food was amazing the people were amazing beach volleyball was so fun everyday the drinks were coming and the laughs were had can’t wait to return

The El Dorado Maroma was an overall great resort. My family of had a great trip. The resort grounds were pretty and well taken care of. The beach was amazing! The food was great, for sure get the pizza and tacos during lunch! All the activities included with “More Inclusive” were so fun and saved a lot of money. The entertainment team was fun, they had activities all day to participate in. The resort never felt too crowded, which we loved! Would 100% go back!

Truly a great experience. Room and entire property are beautiful. Bartenders and activity directors made it fun. Meals are all cooked to order but service inside the restaurants is very slow. We plan to go back and take friends with us.

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was so accommodating and super friendly. Our favorites were Leo, Carlos, Arturo and Gus. Just an unbelievable vacation. The beach is also one of the most beautiful beaches we have walked on.

Words cannot describe how amazing this resort was. From the incredibly friendly and hospitable staff, especially Carlos during breakfast time. To the cleanliness of the whole entire area. There’s hard working people here maintaining the area, making sure it looks amazing! Every person behind the bars were so sweet and put love into each drink. Each meal was so fresh and made to perfection. Our house keeper Itzel made sure the room was clean and freshened up after our day at the beach. I will absolutely return and will recommend!
