"The place was very well organized and laid out, comfortable, calm, tasteful and had everything without seeming overdone or tacky. The spaces were well set in nature which made it so calming and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were constantly cleaning and organizing the property. The place is also very respectful of the environment, as far as all-inclusives go. I was impressed with the minimal but very comfortable amenities in rooms, the use of reuseable items, towel and laundering protocols, timed lights and water faucets and beach care. It also avoided the various levels of exclusivity, access or inclusiveness. Everything was straightforward and everyone had access to everything, for the most part. It all felt simple and comfortable."

"My first Mexican vacation was awesome! The beach location in Playcar Phase 1 was the best part, it felt super safe and private. Most nights the food was great, and lunch had lots of good options. There was some seaweed on the beach, but the Mexican people worked super hard to clean it up fast. If you want a romantic, quiet, or family spot, this place is a winner!"
