Location is perfect, half block to one block from sea, beach, ferry, bus station. Garden is lovely, and the pool is cool and relaxing. Little cenote with turtles in the courtyard. Staff is the absolute best. Very helpful and friendly. Super clean, too.

This hotel is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. It's well located between the beach and 5th avenue, close to everything, dining, bars, shopping, and near convenient transportation to the airport

See my earlier review. I love this hotel so much that I returned 5 days after checkout to finish the rest of my trip here. The best things are the beautiful courtyard/pool area and the great staff, especially the wonderful housekeeper who kept my room shining and clean. I wish I could remember her name. I'll be back!

Great location. Great little hotel.

We would happily stay again. The hotel was half a block from the beach and half a block from the main tourist strip of 5th avenue (but wasn’t in the middle of the strip noise wasn’t a real issue here). It was a block from the ADO bus station. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean and it does have a lift access to upper floors.

Very clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected for such a central location. Staff friendly and helpfull.

The property has a lovely garden area. Rooms are clean and have plenty of room. Continental breakfast is fresh and just enough. We would stay here again. The only negative is that the AC unit lights up the room at night.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The plusses: great location, lovely property, remarkably quiet, good air conditioning, very nice shower, clean room, in room safe, friendly / helpful staff. Minus-just one. My GOODNESS the bed was hard!! Half a block walk to the beach, same to the pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants and street performers. Bonus, one evening we got back and found a large family of raccoons who may have lived in the cenote on the grounds. Very cool.

This is the cutest little hotel I have ever stayed. Surrounded by greenery all throughout the grounds. Exotic little jungle, with its own cenote, the pool was very clean and felt very private. Excellent service, 2 steps away from the beach and right on Quinta avenida. It was quiet at night, for a perfect night sleep. It combines comfort and eco friendly, exactly what I was looking for to make my experience unique.

It was a good location close to 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. No beach, rooftop has 1 small table and 2 chairs and absolutely no shade. Room was clean. Now the downsides, bed was hard as a rock, noise from next door where you could hear every word said! Bathrooms need an upgrade badly. Television set on Spanish only. Also outside by the small pool which I saw no one use, there were only 2 beach chairs. So after 1 night we contacted Expedia and they were very accommodating and we were able to move to another place the next day.

Small nice hotel with potential but poorly managed

Very clean and cozy small hotel good enough just to get to shower and sleep. The TV never worked despite mentioning it to the staff, it mentions ice machines when there really aren't any. There are no breakfasts or telephones in the rooms for service and the wifi signal is super weak and slow.

The hotel has a classic appearance, and considering how near it is to 5th Avenue it was remarkably quiet (not silent, but not loud either). Room was clean and comfortable, the staff very kind. Cool oceanic water feature in the courtyard, and a nice small pool (we didn't have time to enjoy it ourselves). Close to lots of dining options, and s half block from 5th Ave. If we were going to spend more time in Playa del Carmen, we would definitely choose this hotel.

Een prachtige locatie dichtbij het strand en de grote toeristische straat. Kamers zijn schoon en worden goed schoongemaakt! Wij hadden weinig last van overlast buiten een paar avonden de buren. Verder prima! Aardig personeel! Echt een aanrader!

Nice location, steps away from shoppings, restaurants, ADO terminal, ferry... The courtyard is lush with tropical plants. Rooftop offers unbeatable view of the ocean. Room could use some update though - toilet doesn't flush well; no bedside socket which is very inconvenient
