"I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts across various destinations in Mexico, this one was by far the best experience I’ve had Food was amazing our room was in good condition for a 10 year old property but the 2 main highlights for me were the location and the extremely helpful staff, regardless of room category or status level it seemed like all guests were treated the same. It’s a smaller resort so everything feels a little more personal and upscale, no reservations for dinner no towel cards for the pool just take as many as you need, room service arrives in 20-30 minutes and house keeping is very consistent. Special shoutout to Mel and Erik, best entertainers I’ve encountered at a resort.. Chepo and Miguel at the pool deck for keeping our drinks full all day and Santos at the Italian restaurant! Will be staying here again. "

"If I could fix my choice of hotel, I would ask for this: 1.Immediate access to walkable, swimmable beach. You cannot walk on the beach from this hotel. Swimming also does not look safe there because of parked boats and rocky shore. "private beach with pristine white sand shores" is basically a lie, except for "private". 2.Also the seaweed situation is terrible, we should have gone to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, mainland facing beaches there are unaffected by seaweed. 3.Softer pillows and beds, ideally with separate blankets for each person.
