"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. "We booked this resort for its location right downtown Playa. The location was great, but what was even better was the extremely high level of service we received from the amazing staff. Every single staff member we met, from reception, security, pool and lobby bars was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. This is obviously a place where the staff feels appreciated by the owners.
