At this apartment,is like condo in a hotel,youβll have the best private rooftop in Playa del Carmen , that features a beautiful pool, two jacuzzis and a bar also with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea..

This space has 1 bedrooms, you can easy walk EVERYWHERE, One king-size bed and private bathroom. Smart tv In the room with Netflix .
The living room has a sofa-cama confortable for sleep if are more of 3 person .
Kitchen equipped with all utensils necessary for cooking .Balcony .
Our flat has soundproof windows,so if u want to rest from the outside noise, just close them ;).
If u want to enjoy the nightlife the apart is one block from 5th av and also mall .
Other things to note .
Electricity is expensive in Playa del Carmen,so we encourage our guests to be mindful of their consumption,by asking to turn off de AC while theyβre out of the apart.
( Monthly stay does not incluido electricity consumption.).

AC works well. Underground parking is tiny but safe and easy access by elevator. The only downside about our stay was noise coming from the street which can be annoyed during the night and early morning.
