"The property was well groomed, the workers were very pleasant and helpful. I hated seen and being chased by the coatis for my food. The resort knows that they are there and they can’t control them. I was also not happy because I couldn’t use the beach because of the sargassum seaweed, the resort know that there’s a problem with this and made no arrangements for any beach access. They could have taken us to another island for a reasonable price so we could access a beach without this. Thanks for a great stay."

"One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. Food was amazing, room stayed clean, various excursions to go on, people were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! The only challenge was the resort was so large that it took us 15-20 minutes to get anywhere and the restaurants are not labeled, but staff helped us get places. We also couldn’t swim at the beach due to ALOT of seaweed."

"room was spotless and cleaners came every day. The room itself was nice and had all the equipment available in the kitchen. Shower was poor and eventually water completely stopped and had to change room. Shower not much better in that one. Pool is not bad, however gym is not good and spa section of pool not working. Wifi is slow but ok. Location is good."
