"The staff are great, Santos, Javier, Wilbert and Jose. Great people. The restaurant and bar area is very nice and enjoyable to sip a beer. The pier is great, just 1 min away, great pick up point to go Scuba Diving The Cabana rooms are spacious. The rooms could do with an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. We have been staying there every year for 17 years, the menu in the restaurant has not changed over that time, it could do with some improvement and additions."

"Property was very clean, but tired, pool was shut down because of algae blooms just before we arrived and then opened back up. Pepe was one of the activity directors! Great! They had free bikes. Rode bikes and walked into town a lot. Breakfast was always good. Need to control the birds better. They would eat your food if you weren’t sitting at the table."

"If you are traveling on a budget, it’s an okay hotel. One thing it has is the access to the small beach (400 Feet away) but the beach isn’t maintained well and has some trash but is totally doable. My major complaint was the plumbing (toilet and shower) clogged constantly and overflowed while showering. Second complaint is the “bottled water service” they give you 1 regular sized bottle of water per person and you have to walk to the front desk with the empty bottle to ask them to refill it… yeah. The tap water on the island is not drinkable, so unless you go to the store and buy drinks (a taxi ride and carry all back to hotel) you will need the water service. This one issue takes a lot of time and makes zero sense. They could easily install a one gallon , refillable Culligan style water dispenser with cups and it makes no trash or waste. Very simple. I’ve stayed here two times about 10 years apart (2015/2026) and I’ll go somewhere new next time. I just don’t want to ask for a refil with my crusty water bottle or stand in a shower with 3 inches of water and who knows what floating around. "

"The rooms are old and not clean. The sliding doors barely work. The property is worn down and needs a lot of work. We didn’t have hot water for three days and they could have cared less. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for. "

"Victor was very accommodating on both the check-in and check out. Everything went smoothly. The maid, Maria was very thorough in her cleaning. The pool was cleaned multiple times and was always very clean, also. The beds were very comfortable.Carla was extremely helpful on any questions I had prior to our arrival. We all enjoyed that we were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go."
