Grand Park Royal Cozumel - All Inclusive

"Good hotel, but a few details to improve* I enjoyed my stay and I give it 4 stars. The room was nice and comfortable, and I appreciate the upgrade for being an Expedia VIP client. However, there were a few issues on arrival: the room phone was not working and there was no drinking water in the room, which I had to request. Also, the food variety could be improved, especially on the international food night. I expected more options and variety for dinner. With better attention to these small details at check-in and in the restaurant, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would still consider staying here again."

"Great hotel. This was my second stay here and I loved it. The location is great, the staff are amazing, and the pool and beach are the best. The only thing that was a sub par was the food. It could have have been a little better, but I was there during the slow season so that may have something to do with it. Overall it was a great stay and I will be back!"

"Fabulous condo - lots of room, great views, high kitchen/living room ceiling with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the ocean. The condo was clean, well equipped and the purified water throughout was icing on the cake - it was great to be able to drink, make ice, cook and brush your teeth with the tap water! The outside deck was huge and the Weber grill was great to cook out on. The pool and all of the condo facilities were great and having security at the entrance was an added bonus. I loved having an electronic lock on the door so we never had to worry about a key or keycard. Communication was great and Chris got the glitch with the firestick fixed so we had great TV service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We travel to Cozumel every summer and will never go back to our old hotel - Palmer Condos for us from now on!"

"Wonderful home close to everything. Very private but still convenient. Check in was super easy and communications were great. Victor was punctual and answered all of our questions. We had to reach out to him one time and he responded immediately. Thanks again for allowing us to stay."
