"Room was clean. Upgrade room was a nice surprise. Staff very friendly. Beach is a short walk away but the location of the hotel is worth it if you want to be in downtown playa del Carmen but expect street noise, and city like experience."

"Beautiful, clean resort. Excellent staff. Not overcrowded. Pools were clean, beach was swept every morning. No pushy timeshare pitches. Buffet choice was on the smaller side, but food quality was fantastic. Bars were great. Lots of choices and seemed to be using good quality spirits and ingredients. The resort is basically in town so you can walk and enjoy the shopping, restaurants and bars. 9.5/10 definitely coming back!"

"This family resort was wonderful! So many different things to do for all ages. Our room on the family water park side was great and very clean. Also the staff was amazing especially the entertainment team and restaurant staff! Thank you for a great week and we will be returning again in the future!"
Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"We went as a group of 9. (40 yo). Every single one of us were super impressed with Moxche! And all of us have stayed in the area before. This was by far my favourite resort. There was not one bad bite of food! I recommend getting the Preferred Club. We loved having that breakfast option and used the rooftop infinity often! Worth it. To me. My only poor mark would be regarding no A/C in the elevators and hallways of the main and other building (not impressions- apparently they DID have A/C). Also the elevators were very small. So during a busy check out time - Good luck. We went in late July though so… it was just very hot over all. :) Staff was top notch. Pools were fun!! Lagoon area is very chill! We loved it. Oh and the speakeasy style club was amazing!"
