"This hotel was spectacular! Centrally located, 1-2 blocks from 5th Ave & 10th Ave, the hospitality was top tier, all inclusive, room service at 1am, upgraded to a king suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Request corner rooms 2234 or 2334 u will not be disappointed!! the restaurants were good, I was pleasantly suprised bu the buffet! Breakfast lunch & Dinner was all fresh fruit seafood, veggies, anything you want. Restaurant hostess Miriam remember our rooms ans the restaurant wait staff Sergio remembered our food allergies! As soon as I sat down an empty glass, Lucas or Demetrio were right there waiting to refill it. We didnt have to ask for ANYTHING while here. Even saw a few staff in the city after their shift & they were just as polite in public as they were at the Resort. I had such a good time that I dont even want to try another hotel! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that Ive ever slept on! "

"Our stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise was great! The resort itself was well maintained, and I liked the feel and set up of the place. The staff was great, and the dining experiences were good. I would say what made our trip exceptional was our butler Alan! He definitely went above and beyond! Any requests that we had he took care of, and always just checking in to make sure we were always ok. That was greatly appreciated so definitely special shout out to Alan!"

"Booked my room about6 weeks in advance. When I got there they said there were no rooms so they sent me to there other hotel where there motto was beach on the roof. Nowhere near the beach when I got to the right hotel there idea of a great stay was to pressure me into joining some kind of travel club . Only 30000 dollars is up front . After spending 45 minutes saying no they finally got it. Recommend not staying there unless you like getting hounded."
