"This hotel was amazing, super clean and beautiful, sparkling pool. The beach was well maintained-cleaned and all seaweed picked up by noon. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially Kenneth, Samuel and Daniel. They get to know you and call out your names, even hugging us when we left. All of my pictures were amazing! We did not want to do a timeshare/program at the property but ended up doing a 90 minute presentation (including breakfast). In return for our time, we got 2 beach massages, 2 premium bracelets to visit the other sister property, top shelf liquor and hibachi grill for the day, and transportation back to the airport. This all was free for giving up 90 minutes! We had an amazing time and I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!!!"

"We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. "If you want peace and quiet or be near 5th ave this is cool....absolutely no amenities....no food, drinks, no view from room. Staff never spoke...but everything is walking distance... its ok for some people. But i would never stay again."

"The hotel is amazing. The entire staff, during our stay, was attentive. Housekeeping was cleaning a room nearby and I asked him (Javier) to give us extra water bottles and we had plenty during our 5 night stay. We played lots of beach and pool volleyball - Sergio, Axel, and the other staff kept it fun and enjoyable for everyone! Dinner was great. Our favorite meals were actually at lunch, the jerk chicken at the Barefoot Grill and the calamari tostada at SeaSoul was delicious. Throughout our time at the beach and pool, we would continously be asked if we needed anything. Staff was everywhere making sure the property was clean. Our only complaints is the excessive sea weed, which we knew about ahead of time. And the wait to get drinks at the swim up bars in the pool. But we are on vacation with no urgency, so it was a minor inconvenience."

"I wish all restaurants were open especially on the weekends as you would think that is a big time for business throughout the year. Otherwise my stay was exceptional and appreciate and want to thank everyone I had a pleasure of interacting with. I will also say that I was taken by surprise of the actual shoreline for the beach as it's not described as being so close, a few online tweaks to descriptions to better describe actual suites would be suffice. But again otherwise we had a blast and GREAT time!!!"
