"My mom, my 2 kids (3 and 15 y/o), and I stayed at Marvic for 11 amazing days. We had a really good time at this property. What we liked the most were the location (not even a block from the 5th Avenue and very close to several beaches), and the staff. People who work at this hotel are veru friendly, kind and always willing to help. Gina was so awesome with all of us, especially with my little one, he loved her. Dont miss the opportunity to visit this property, besides the good price its a convenient and nice place to stay in. Our room had 2 beds, bathroom and a kitchen. We got all what we needed. "When we arrived there had been no hot water for a week we were offered to go elsewhere but we feel like the staff are family so we opted to stay … I had read some reviews out of curiosity they were terrible “fighting cursing loud music” we never experienced any of that absolutely love the place❤️headed back in April🏖️"

"This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!"
