"Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. However the staff were amazing and carried my luggage up and then down the stairs on check out."
