"I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was good for me, Walkable to the beach but far enough away from fifth Avenue. The local shops for meat fruit and cheese were perfect and the host. Lucho was very helpful, especially when I locked myself outside of my room."

"This place is great. The owner Israel is very responsive and nice. I originally stayed at another hotel but their AC was broken. I had to find another hotel last minute at 8:30PM. I found this place because it’s close to where I originally stayed and messaged Israel. He welcomed me to his hotel despite the late time of day. The check in process was super easy too. "Good place to stay if you’re in PDC. 5-10 minute walk to 5th and the beach. 20 minute walk to get closer to the nightlife. Located in a quiet little street. Before arrival we were sent a code for the main door and the code for our room which worked smoothly. The staff we met on site were nice and friendly as well. The pool is small and refreshing. "
