"For the price and location it was great. The staff was quiet but friendly when approached. The building is concrete and a bit older but very well kept. Like older buildings I stayed in in Spain and England it has an older smell but no mold or mildew. The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool and restaurant was beautiful. Very handy to 5th ave and local public beach. Yes I would stay here again. Only thing to know is there is no bottled water in the room. "
