"We had an amazing time at Paradisus. The level of service you experience at Paradisus you won’t experience it any where else. In case you have any doubts just do yourself a favor visit another resort and then come back to Paradisus and you will know the difference. I will like to give a special shout out to Gabriella Mora our Guest service rep, she was amazing. We were upset about something and reported it and then Gabriella Mora reached out to us and handled the situation with a smile and a word that you will hear a lot at Paradisus “MY PLEASURE”and from that point on she made us her priority. She would do daily check-ins with us on watsapp to check how are we doing and how is our stay and this just changed the whole experience at Paradisus. Overall their service overshadows the little things like the resort is due for some renovation in some areas but I will not let that overshadow the people the backbone of this resort who contribute immensely to make our vacation memorable. Whenever you are there just ask for Gabriella Mora and you will thank me later. Overall it’s a great family and kids friendly resort."

"This resort is absolutely stunning! But 1st let me start with Expedia, we loved the ease of booking, discounts on room & the many offerings & privileges once we arrived like the rooftop restaurant& spa discounts. Our ocean view room was insanely gorgeous & wonderfully stocked. We loved everything about this resort. The food, entertainment, all the different pools, activities & hospitality. The service is outstanding & they will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is great. You must do a spa treatment, the spa facilities are next level. We have found our favorite in Mexico & will be back again! Stay here to be pampered & amazed at the earthly decor & jungle like atmosphere. We had an amazing vacation!"

"Everything was clean and well maintained. My family and o really liked the place. They have a little fountain which my little one loved it too he will be entertained. Food and service was great! Pool and entertainment was great too. What we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom you barely has privacy. the floor will get wet pretty easy and gets too slippery. Really dangerous with little ones. WiFi it’s really really bad. You can pay if you need to. But this should be included. Also everything is really far away you have to walk a lot from the lobby to the main pool. So consider if you have kids Also when checking in. Lobby was extremely hot. It’s open so no AC. They should get Fans at least."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating! We ordered one of the special spa packages upon check in and it was very relaxing and the massage was wonderful. The room was very comfortable (although the bed was a bit too firm for our taste) and the building architecture was a lot of fun with many stone pillars. The food was very good as well, and there was good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Sadly, there wasn't much of a beach due to the sorgassum, but this was to be expected. There is a little part of beach at the end of the hotel (with a small bar) which was peaceful and pretty (not great for swimming because it was very rocky, but good for laying out and relaxing). The fire show was fun and we wished there were more entertainment options like that one! The day time classes (salsa, guacamole, mezcalitas) were enjoyable and a great way to have a mid day snack or drink! Beware of the gift shop, it is very overpriced (somewhat expected). We were told a small pack of benadryl was $42 USD, so I went out to one of the larger more reputable licensed pharmacy chains, ~1/2 mile easy walk, and generic diphenhydramine was $3 USD."

"There is not enough good things I can say about my stay at Paradisus La Perla! The resort was beautiful, our room was clean abd comfortable The food was outstanding but in all honesty what impress me the most was the people working there. From the, bellboy, to the receptionists, cleaning crew, waitresses, cooks. Every single one of then was invested in making out experience the best we ever had. I do have to give a special thanks to Eleazar in the reception area for working with us to upgrade our room, to Veronica our concierge for being so attentive and in constant communication with me to make sure that all our needs were met and specially to Don Carlos who was such a wonderful person and did something special every day on the last 3 days of our stay to make sure that my birthday trip was nothing less than magical. There arw many more people to thank Miss Rosa, Lupita, Gaby and many more that I do not recall be name but I will remember for your kindness and all the effort yoh put to make sure thar we felt pampered during our entire stay! Thank you so much for giving me a fabulous trip to remember 💗"
