"We booked this resort for its location right downtown Playa. The location was great, but what was even better was the extremely high level of service we received from the amazing staff. Every single staff member we met, from reception, security, pool and lobby bars was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. This is obviously a place where the staff feels appreciated by the owners.
