"We booked this resort for its location right downtown Playa. The location was great, but what was even better was the extremely high level of service we received from the amazing staff. Every single staff member we met, from reception, security, pool and lobby bars was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. This is obviously a place where the staff feels appreciated by the owners. Will 200% be back. "

"The bed was huge & the air conditioning was good. However, I realised my sheets hadn't been changed from the previous people! There was hair, pubes, & crumbs in the sheets, & the pillows smelled like a man and a woman's different perfumes. I was too tired at night to complain, so I just slept in the sheets anyway. I tried to have a daytime nap but there was some kind of construction work in the building during the day, very loud jackhammering. I also wasn't aware there was a pool or kitchenette or anything until a few weeks after I was there. The staff could have been more descriptive when checking in or talking about amenities"
