"This was my second time staying here and I loved it even more than the first time. A BEAUTIFUL large resort with so much space, nature, and animals. The food and staff are both great. They have a shuttle to Playa Del Carmen downtown multiple times a day, which was a blast. We played volleyball every day and had such a great vacation. It really feels like a break from real life. "

"We can’t say enough good things about the resort, the incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious and a large variety to cater to all guests. Our room had a private pool and was a great way to start or unwind at the end of the day. We loved being surrounded by wild life and the beautiful foliage. The coati’s were very entering, but ensure you lock your doors or you will wake up to furry friends like our neighbours lol! The beach was immaculate even during seaweed season. The weather said rain for many days but it never came until our last day which made it a very enjoyable time. The only flaw would be a new ice cream scoop for the buffet lol! Other than that it is truly a 5 star resort and the best of the best. "

"Me encanto le doy un 10/10 es muy bueno para niños, mi niña de 8 años se lo disfruto mucho y esa era la idea, el parque de agua es bastante grande y comodo para todas las edades, hay muchos animales al rededor y eso nos gusto, el senote el agua esta super rica despues de haber recorrido en bisicleta al rededor de la naturaleza y sudado un poco el agua del senote te ayuda a refrescarte. Hay muchas areas en remodelacion q afectaban un poco pero pudimos fluir con eso pq quiere decir q estan tratando de hacer nuestra estadia mas bonita, el area del buffet es un poco pequeña y no es tan moderna pero estan remodelando otra area, en fin me encanto todo pq tiene 3 cosas en un solo lugar, te conectas con la naturaleza y tienes el senote, pero tambien tienes pisicina y playa. "
