"This property was perfect for our stay. There were 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 kids (7 & 4). It was spacious enough that people weren't on top of each other but small enough that everything was easy to walk and get to. With kids, this was especially nice. One of the thing that stands out immediately is how pristine this property is. I made a few comments on our trip about it. It's super clean, even the pools and dining areas and the gardening was immaculate. The rooms also were super clean. Even with my kids all over the place, I didn't worry once about cleanliness. Pristine is the only way to put it. The property also had a lot of great dining options and events that helped shake up our days a little. All were family friendly which was great for us to bond and share fun moments together. The food was delicious and there were a lot of options. The staff was friendly and caring of everyone in our party. We left thinking we want to go back again soon."

"On the first day we arrived we noticed the bed was broken and also the shower door. We immediately let the front desk know about it but nothing was ever done. If you are not a privileged member everything costs extra. Room service , housekeeping, etc. Only 1 restaurant reservation per 7 days. Only 1 buffet available. Lots of pressure to upgrade to “Privilege membership “ and if you’re not interested, then you get excluded from everything and staff becomes rude. Oh, and I got food poisoning. I won’t be going back to this resort and would not recommend to anyone I care about."

"The property was amazing the swim put was everything I needed the staff was very mice and helpful and my butler Azis was absolutely wonderful. The food was probably the best Ive had at any all inclusive I have stayed at. The spa is also very beautiful I got a facial and full body massage both CHEFS KISS! they even gifted us with a face wash and and toner set to take home! El Beso made my birthday very special Thanks so much! I will be returning!!"

"Room: we were a family of 5 in a family room. The room has barely any storage, so it was pretty hard to unpack our clothes for one week. No dressers. The bathroom has just one hook, so it is difficult to hang the towels, robes, etc… Bed was comfortable and they gave us enough shampoo, conditioner, etc..room was clean and enjoyable Pools: we were at the waterpark section most of the time…the water is very chlorinated, and kids weren’t allowed with goggles on the slides which was unfortunate. Pool was clean, but many of the small tiles were missing, and needs repair asap… Restaurants: very nicely designed. Food was ok, not bad at all, but also not the greatest… Speciality restaurants aren’t labeled and sometimes hard to find.. bars, coffee shop, has no menus and staff isn’t helpful. You either know what you want or have to go on their app to find the menu.. Animation: not the best… if you are at the waterpark, nobody will approach you to participate in anything. They have activities on the app, but they don’t get people to play, so the activities actually don’t take place (volleyball, ping pong, etc..) Night shows are nice Beach: HORRIBLE…they had a tractor on side but did not use it. So much seaweed, nobody cleaned it. Saw nobody at least try. Smell was unbearable. They had another access to the beach from the chill out place, and they would no allow guests through. There was no smell there. They made us walk through the main walk which was disgusting."
