"Overall nice stay. The apartment is in a great location, clean and suitable for families. Pity the air con was not working, no wifi and tv required a new antenna which we bought ourselves and left it working in the tv (your welcome) staff at East Coast were lovely and always responded promptly. Will stay again once air con is repaired."

"Check in was horrible. Was told to come back as they didn't know where the swipe card was then had to come back later to then be told go back to the hotel now and the cleaner will meet you in the lobby to give access. Location was great and so was the view . Apartment was not cleaned properly still had previous guests hair all through the bathroom . Blinds are old and ripped . Ceiling fans are nearly falling off the ceiling and make noise while they wobble all night . Balcony fly screen completely ripped . Marks all over the walls. Kitchen was good had all utensils to eat in and washing machine and dryer worked well . Communication with host was not good ."

"Stay was good, no designated parking so u have to park randomly. Hope the cleaners give extra attention to the air vent of bathroom, dryer doesnt functions properly. Rest everything was ok. My kid loved the big spinning chair of the balcony."
