"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The in-room two person hot tub was amazing. The food and availability of options were limitless. All tasty. Not as salty and processed as American food. The pools, excursions and entertainment were all excellent. Friendly staff all around. NEGATIVES:: the seagrass was everywhere! The bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were too flat. Lastly, we couldn’t use the tv even after we asked twice. Overall. 10/10. We plan to go back!"

"My room was kept clean every day, most of the staff was great, the buffet was awesome ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) my granddaughter had a pretty good time in the pool dancing with the staff and nice shows at night. The other restaurants that we had to book were ok , not what I was expecting. The only complaint the I had was the mini refrigerator to old and not keeping my drinks cold, so all the drinks that were given to us were left behind."

"So many good things to say and people to shoutout but I can’t forget to personally say Carlos and Hadai are the best drink makers and entertainers. Julio is the best contact anyone could dream of on the resort and even helped me recover my lost phone. Camilla is also great and even though I didn’t buy what she sold she is so fun to talk to and persuasive. Maria and another gentleman (forgot his name) keep things very fun and interesting. I really wish I remembered his name because he is amazing from volleyball to water aerobics to the cycling tour. I typically don’t revisit places but this one will be a repeat for sure. I even started doing yoga out there for the first time in my life because Barbara is so fun and knowledgeable. My advice during the hot season is to eat, get some good drinks at the preferred lounge, then head to the beach club until about 3:30. The pools at the resort will pop off and games will begin after this so the resort will be the place to be after 4pm until dinner. I will say my girlfriend’s glasses went mysteriously missing but we don’t know how so I won’t blame the resort for that but definitely use your safe for all personal belongings."

"Surprisingly, the food and waiting staff was the best part of our experience. Everything else seemed to be a struggle. We were part of a bigger group and had to fight to get any restaurant reservation even when the hotel was not full. There was always plenty of room in the restaurants when we got to dinner. Our assigned concierge was nowhere to be found. He never introduced to us in person. The day he was off, he left no one else to help us. The property needs to be better kept. You can see the wear and tear of some parts. Room service plates and hallways are not cleaned regularly, but our room was always spotless. Overall, it was not a bad experience but it definitely did not feel five stars."
