"Yes , Staff are ok and room is clean. Being a Platinum member of Expedia, I choose this property because of the "Vip access" that I am entitled of a $15 food value but was not offered. Other hotels like Tunnel Mountain and Hidden Ridge are giving me a bottle of wine. It's done. .just saying."

"The room was clean, I enjoyed having the kitchen. The staff were very nice, the bartenders/servers were exceptionally nice. (Shoutout bartender Andy) The pool and outdoor hot tub were nice and clean."

"We stayed with our family of seven and had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even suggested a restaurant right across the street, which turned out to be delicious and so convenient since we could just walk instead of driving. That small touch made a big difference after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and worked well for our whole family, and the resort itself felt relaxed and family friendly. The hot pools were a perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quiet time together."
