A small blow heater provided in the house and also the flat, but house was still chilly. The maintenance issues we reported were dealt with promptly and fixed the same day, and communication with the leasing agent was easy and pleasant. Good value for money, a lovely quiet location suitable for pets and kids and as described - a beach house."

Kitchen had no wipes (which I believe should have been included). I still give it 5 stars as the property was perfect & well thought out."
