"The location was amazing. Outside however, was a mess, the lawn was overgrown ans so were the trees ans it was dirty. Inside the downstairs fridge didnt work, the shower head was terrible, the linen for the kids was not provided and there were cockroaches and cobwebs everywhere. The hot water pressure was nearly non existent. Sure, we were close to the beach but we could have paid 6k for another listing and been just as close. "

"This house is an excellent choice for large families during the holidays. It is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including almost new BBQ stoves. The big backyard offers plenty of shelter, making it perfect for gatherings.The host’s communication was fantastic, and they provided a lot of useful tips.A few minor items to note: towels and a kitchen garbage bin were not provided, which are typically standard amenities. Aside from that, our stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property!"
