"This hotel had room for the whole family. It is a block from Paddington Station, which made it great for a stopover in between the airport and further train travel. We stayed at the end of Oct. The rooms get very warm and there is not really a way to adjust the temp. Over all a good spot to stay! "

"We stayed for my wife’s 40th birthday and the service we received was faultless. The staff arranged a birthday cake and card for my wife which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is amazing and has the wow factor when you walk in, the facilities are great. Our room was clean and spacious, all the staff we encountered were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The spa facilities were also good, however to our surprise when we used the facilities it was like a playground, there was 10+ children in there. The pool is not the biggest and we didn’t actually get in the pool because it was full of kids jumping in, wasn’t possible to swim lengths. The jacuzzi probably holds 8 people and at one point there was 6 children in there and also in the sauna. At one point there was a number of couples sitting in the poolside chairs unable to use the sauna/jacuzzi because they were full of kids, there are signs up saying no under 16s in the jacuzzi but this wasn’t enforced. Not what we expected from a 5* hotel spa and unfortunately we didn’t get the relaxing spa experience we hoped for, which put a negative on an otherwise perfect stay."
