"Great stay! The apartment was new, clean and in a great location. Everyone working at the restaurant downstairs was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
"Nice and polite staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean, and a peaceful and quiet place to stay. Good value for money. Easy to find a good place for breakfast just a short walk away. "
"Nice flat and cannot fault it at all. The dining room table really only seats 3 comfortably so having dinners in the flat for more people is probs a bit difficult but for breakfast it was more than enough. Given the location it’s obviously a little bit noisy but that’s just central London. Closing the windows helps 😊
Communication with the host was PERFECT. Really kind and quick to answer any questions. Will book again! "
"Expedia’s idea of the superior room was the hotels idea of the lowest/smallest room. Even being moved to the family room there was only one large towel for a family and the amenities were extremely scarce. Lots of construction inside and outside the hotel that we were not aware of and the dining area was squeezed down to a few tables because of it. Will not be staying at this hotel again!"

"Great location! Convenient to the tube, bus, taxis, Uber. Rooms were cleaned when requested, which is perfect. Breakfast was expensive - only did that one day. The other restaurant/bar was a comfortable place to sit and relax. Everyone was friendly and helpful!"
"Main issue was check-in - we queued for a while in the main lobby as it wasn't clear there was a separate check-in for the City Sleeper wing. Signage was not clear on this point. Everything else was great."
"Rooms were small but functional. Daily maid service, free English breakfast, and cozy downstairs bar made our stay excellent. The front desk staff (especially Mo) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Location was very close to Paddington train station and was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend."
