"Great place for city walking. While there is parking nearby (do contact property ahead of time if you need to park to get discount) be aware that you are competing for space even temporary parking to drop off luggage. "This is a nice hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was no desk, microwave, or a true refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water. Our biggest complaint was our room was hot and there is no air conditioning. We did open the windows and that help some. The restaurant and bar have the same menu. There are not a lot of selections and there are no other restaurants nearby. "

voco Grand Central Glasgow, an IHG Hotel
4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1003)
"The shower in my room was a real issue and I do not want to stay in that style room again. The shower leaked water into the hallway, it was a rain style shower in the middle of bathtub, which was a surprise and hard for me since I have balance issues [it also had high walls for the tub]. Had I known that was the case I would not have stayed in that room at all. I was disappointed and it detracted from my stay."
