"Stayed at Riu Cancun for 5 nights had the best time ever. Rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and the beach is beautiful. The bars and all the swimming pools were great, would definitely stay here again!"

"Las habitaciones del hotel están antiguas, aunque sus áreas comunes está remodeladas, las habitaciones están descuidadas, la puerta al balcón costaba horrible abrirla, los elevadores son viejos, la comida estaba rica, el buffet era variado, los restaurantes estaban muy bonitos y rica comida, la piscina techada estaba en mal estado en la orillas. "Very clean and beautiful resort! Riu Latino is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need and is very easy to get around. I loved that the restaurants don’t require reservations, and the beach is gorgeous with plenty of space to relax. The only thing I think could be improved is the food. It was okay, but not as flavorful as I expected. I also wish they had a small café or coffee shop where you could sit down and enjoy coffee with a pastry or something sweet during the day. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Amazing stay! Food was great we loved the don julio buffet and the steak house, staff was so friendly and helpful. RIU parties were so much fun and the transportation was easy to and from resorts.. Please remember to tip! $2-$3 goes a long way :)"

"We had a great experience at this resort, we will return in the future. the Swimming pools were clean and more than enough, access to the beach was clean and organized. Food options were more than enough for us, definitely make reservations to the restaurant to get more variety, the steak house, the italian restaurant and the mexican restaurant (by the beach) were great options. Staff really friendly and helpful, they did try to sell us a membership but were not pushy at all (in our experience). Definitely we recommend this resort."

"First Experience of an All Inclusive This was our first experience of an all inclusive resort (well a resort in general). Cancun has been a bucket list stay for us and we chose Excellence PM based on all the fantastic reviews. It did not disappoint. The service from the moment we walked on property to when we left was phenomenal. We had the opportunity to eat at almost every restaurant and there are so many options. Everything was so delicious and great quality. The beds are comfortable and you do have access to a “pillow menu” upon arrival. You can request a specific pillow if you do not like what is already in the room. We did the Excellence Club and an Ocean View room. We stayed in building 8 looking over a club pool by the Celio bar. The building has not been renovated yet but it was still beautiful and comfortable. The rooms do have A/C and a fan. It’s comfortable enough that coming back to the room from the July heat was a relief. There was also a wide variety of groups (couples, adult families, friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties) and ages. We took advantage of the different excursions that Seasons had available including a catamaran with snorkeling to Isla Mujeres, a tour of El Meco, and golf at Playa Mujeres Golf Club. We plan to visit again in the future!"
