"Excellent, we are in one night. My husband tried to use the sauna, steam room. Steam room out of action, sauna ok. Entering the facility was difficult. Signage poor, especially if spectacles are needed and none taken to the spa area. No staff to explain within this area. Changing room, lockers my husband found very difficult to use not being able to see how, no one to explain."

"My family & i spent 7 days at the hotel. Everything was great. It was clean, good location, everything within walking distance, value for money. Would definitely return. The only issue is that, as nice as the breakfast was, after a while it could become monotonous as the continental menu remains the same everyday. A little variety would be nice. But money well spent."

"It a nice hotel and located in a quiet area of London. The hotel is very clean. The only concerns I have about the hotel is that they have limited food options for breakfast. When we checked in only one lift was working and when we wanted to check out the next day non of the lift was working we had to climb the stairs with our baby however. the hotel staff helped to carry our baby stroller and bag using their service lift."

"Great one night stay at this hotel for an event at the O2 Arena. Excellent transport connections by rail, tube or the cable car. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted, check in easy, good view, room clean and tea/coffee making facilities. Sister hotel next door with use of their bar and terrace offering stunning views over docks and O2 and Canary Wharf.
