The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were pleasant enough although the initial attitude of the staff at the check-in desk left a bit to be desired. Although only staying for one night, it was more than adequate facilities

This hotel was perfect for our visit to a show at the O2. The room was spacious & clean. Smart TV has Netflix, YouTube etc. Friendly staff. Easy parking reserved in advance. Would stay again
