"This is one of the multitude of ‘boutique’ hotels (whatever that means ) in the Kemptown area and one of the better ones we’ve stayed in . Our room on the top floor was light and spacious and the only niggle was the small cups when , for tea and coffee , you really wanted a mug. There is parking outside if you’re lucky enough to find a space and at £17.50 for 24 hours is good value (compared to commercial multi storey). Staff are unfailingly helpful and the breakfast , at £15 , is actually good value as it’s a very comprehensive offering served two doors up the road at their sister hotel , The Charm"
