"This lodge provided our family with wonderful memories. The staff were friendly, and everything, including the pool and gym, was perfect. The only exception was young students unruly behavior at the pool, who played loudly until closing time."

"Perfect for a trip to Banff, located in the downtown area with all the local restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel, its new and the staff were great even offering us umbrellas as we ventured out in the rain. We will definitely be back here! "

"Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown. "
