"One the best hotels I have stayed in the Riviera Maya. Super clean and spacious rooms, great food. Staff was verry good. Just wish the buffet restaurant would be open for dinner. Overall was a great experience for an adult only resort. No craziness. "

We were served every day by Helinda, Ismail, Belisario at Coco bar who were charming and very good professionals, making cocktails according to our preferences. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Book dinners in specialty restaurants very easy, We enjoyed the food in Mare Nostrum as well as in Tokio restaurant. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms well cleaned and restocked daily. I am of the opinion that enabling check in online would speed up the check in process, in my opinion the process is a bit slow upon arrival. And another small complaint that the beds in the rooms are for replacement."
