"A very nice and relaxing stay. The staff were polite and welcoming on check in, and our apartment was located on the top floor overlooking Port Stephens bay. As it's winter the indoor pool and spa area were perfect. The Ramada is directly across from water with Shoal Bay Country Club right next door. The Game Fish Club and other restaurants and cafes are near by. "

"The property was easy to get to and to visit other places as long as you had a car. The walking access to the beach was relatively easy and amenities on the property good. "This an older style 80s brick veneer hotel in Nelson Bay. It is well located to the main waterfront area and eateries, approximately a10-15 minute walk away. Check in was very easy with a friendly text message greeting from Wayne including an access code and room number sent after I booked online. Parking was onsite in front of the room. It was a cool evening in Nelson Bay and heating was required, the reverse air con worked well and warmed up the room quickly, we had a pleasant surprise...
