"Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families."

"Had a really good stay here! The pictures online do no justice. Great location - amazing Mountain View’s from the room and dining spaces (better than in Hakuba), Very clean, amazing staff, good food! No regrets. They actually exceeded my expectations here! Would definitely return"

But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you"
