We stayed seven nights and reserved a suite with private pool. The resort is well maintained and staff were extremely helpful and looked after us. Just something to consider if travelling with young kids. The kids club is for children aged up to 8. It lacks activities for older children. Evening cinema, pool activities or games for older kids is something the resort should think about. Would also suggest to ring in advance and request additional beds for older children. Excellent facilities, beautiful pools, right on the beach. Fantastic restaurants and bars, the staff were wonderful. The rooms were lovely and the overall facility was beautiful.

We stayed for 7 days with 3 kids in the junior suite and it was fantastic! Right on the beach front, kids activities at the kids club though our 6 and 5yr old pretty much lived in the pool. The staff were always accomodating and no request a bother. Great place for families.

Great overnight stay in between airport and Gili T, in both directions. Close to the beach and short walk to the mall, with many market / souvenir shops nearby. Had a 4 hour spa package before heading to the airport, worth every IDR!

Perfect for families!

The room was gorgeous with a huge luxuary bathroom with two sinks, a fabulous shower with a seat in it, and two hand basins. The bath in the bathroom was massive and also very beautifully laid out with gorgeous lamps and general decor with Balinese wooden sculptures. I stayed at Padma with my wife for our honeymoon and I must say, I will never go any place else other then Padma Resort Legian, it’s cleanliness and kind staff just made our experience amazing, alongside its facilities and activities. I will always come back to this place when I travel to Bali. If you’re thinking about going to Bali I highly recommend you stay at Padma, you will not regret it.

The pool areas are excellent sunset by the pool is an amazing experience, the breakfast by the ocean outstanding, the premier suite was spectacular, the garden areas and water features are so relaxing and the staff are just marvellous. Fantastic highly recommend excellent customer service and beautiful accommodation

I stayed at the Puri Santrain for 3 nights. I was on my own, and wanted to relax and wind down. It was perfect. I swam in all three pools, walked on the beach, ate fabulous food at the Beach Club, and best of all, spent hours on the superb covered sun loungers on the beach, reading and just resting. I came home wanting to book my next trip there. I stayed in a Superior room, which was new and large. I would definitely choose these rooms over the standard ones in the older part of the hotel.

Everything was just great. Great breakfast. Great pool. Great hospitality. Our kid loved the pools and the kids corner at breakfast, he was spoiled by the staff. Would definitely go back

I have stayed in Bali many times but this hotel was by far the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, always helpful and always smiling, and one person that stood out for all his hard work to make us comfortable at the outside bar was Ferry. My wife and 16 yr old son loved our time at Prama Sanur. The staff were so friendly. We stayed on a late checkout - 2pm they let us still use the facilities till we left a 6.30. Beware of the many harassing taxi drivers at the airport. Bargain down the price. It seems about 200,000 r to the resort from the hotel. Read other peoples comments about getting a taxi or uber/grab.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had away and the staff were so friendly. The property was clean and well maintained and not loud and noisy. I will definitely be back.

The Hilton Bali Resort is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It is perfect for families and has great pools and a private beach to enjoy. The dining facilities are top quality with lots of options. The breakfast is awesome and my whole family enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and well kept. While the rooms are lovely, some of the wear and tear is visible in the bathroom (eg: repairs to tiles & grout), but this in no way impacts the comfort, quality and cleanliness of the room.
