stayed 2 nights for a solo work trip, thankful for a clean, comfy room and friendly staff! was also lucky to get a top floor room in the corner so the lack of soundproofing wasn’t an issue for me. Location wise there’s nothing much around the area.

It’s a clean nice room. The shower drain was very slow and over flowed. I would not stay there again for one reason alone. I could clearly hear the people talking in the next room. It’s not a good place if you want privacy.

A perfect stopover close to the airport

This is a brand new hotel and I stayed a night here after arriving in on a late flight. The staff were fab - very friendly and welcoming. It’s new, clean and perfect for an overnight stay for a night two near the airport. It’s also very reasonably priced. It has a lovely dining area and cute pool for a dip.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ein paar Schritte weiter. Dss Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko: die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert nicht, sodass ea schon sehr sehr warm wird.

Good clean hotel in central Jimberan area We were visiting family staying close by Nice for a stay like this - not really suitable for a holiday stay for multiple days. Breakfast fairly basic also

Very Friendly staff behind the reception

Receptionists are helpful, kind, welcoming and efficient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable and smell clean. AC is working perfectly. Breakfast is various and food is excellent. Restaurant staff are ready to order you extra food if you like (omelette and others) Swimming pool is clean and inviting.

Staff good facilities could improve

Stay was Ok in terms of staff but location was not conducive for tourists. Lacked a few basic services such as no ironing board and iron left in the room (though available on request), something I do not recall from any other hotel I have stayed in over past 10 years.

Hôtel magnifique, tout neuf, chambre vriament dignes d un 4 étoiles, accueil parfait, check out idem. Equipe du room service adorable. idem front office. Vriament tous mes encouragement. rapport qualité prix incroyable, pourvu que les tarifs n augmentent pas ! Attention : le house keeping laisse à désirer. il faut faire attention car si ça commence comme cela, ça peut très vite ternir la réputation d un hôtel ( café usager pas remplacé , sol qui colle, oublie de serviette de toilette, j ai du descendre mouillée a minuit à la réception car je n avais rien pour m essuyer ! Seul service selon moi où il faut être plus vigilant . Sinon. TOP TOP ! Bravo

Service, comfort, and facilities are all excellent at this well-maintained hotel. It has everything we wanted, and it was a superb value. It is, however, on a very busy street, making it an island of serenity amid too much traffic and chaos.

Nice hotel and staff, away from the city though

Everything was great except that I spent a lot of money in taxis and transportation, because its away from all. At least you are only looking to chill at the hotel, you need to consider this hotel location.

Extremely Dissappointing Stay

As this hotel only opened a couple of months old, I was very much looking forward to my stay here. Unfortunately it could not have been much worse and the blame for that lies with management: Not sure how such new rooms can already be filthy but mine had ground-in food on the floor with a congealed black liquid at the base of the desk. Both were removed with focussed cleaning. The internet upload speed is non-existent (and I checked in several locations and on 2 separate devices), so no sending photos or Skype/Facetime. Only 11 rooms were full out of 110 rooms in the hotel when I was there, but the reception desk still managed to ring busy (over a period of time) despite advising me to call down to order a taxi (turns out they only have one line to the rooms). Given that the owners family can be seen in the breakfast room in their pyjamas it is clear that they consider it a high end home stay - as should everybody else. Given its location on a busy street and the extraordinary alternatives in the area, the Best Western Jimbaran is currently not an option.
