In pictures, it seemed a pretty place to stay but no matter how pretty it looked, the customer service has to go with it to make someone's vacation pleasurable. The people working there lacked warmth from the time we were picked up until our time to leave. You just can see they are not happy or motivated to work there (?). The free breakfast included in our room was the same everyday - toast, butter, jam, few slices of fruit, hot beverage. the quality is not intended to please anyone. We could order something else and we did try to eat dinner and pizza, but again the quality is disappointing. The standard room is spacious but poorly designed and furnished, no hot shower too. It could be better if the management would just look into all of these..i guess a few competition around makes them too confident not to improve anything in their resort.

Great staff, set up a beautiful romantic dinner for two on the cliff top overlooking the beach and ocean. Flowers, candles at no extra charge or fuss. Really great place to get away and relax.

Tragiczny przede wszystkim ze wzgledu na kłamliwe informacje, jakie hotels.com pisze o tym hotelu. Hotel nie ma 3 gwiazdek, nie ma wanny, nie ma szlafroków, nie ma kapci. Ma za to tylko zimną wodę, w dodatku słoną wodę, szarą pościel, ręczniki sztywne wyłączne do użytku leżakowego, łazienkowych ręczników nie ma wcale, brudno, stolik aż kleił się od brudu. Pokój miał zapach, jakby kot chwil temu parę tam się załatwił. Plaża absolutnie nie nadaje się do zwykłego wypoczynkowego pływania, skały w wodzie i bardzo silne fale. Z planowanego pobytu 5-dniowego zrobił się dwudniowy z niepotrzebnym narażaniem się na wysokie koszty dotarcia na wyspę.

Nice view and the beach

The hotel has nice view and and the beach but it wasn't really a comfortable place to stay. Salty water for shower, sticky bed linens, and a bit far from all other restaurants. Good wasn't really good either.

A true Getaway

My only hope is this place doesn't become too developed , loved the stay , should have booked longer . Only thing I would say is they need some more sunbeds , perhaps on grassed areas and around pool

Nice huts Closed to the beach

Amazing view of the beach from the huts, the restaurant and from the outdoor swimming pool. Cond: isolated of the other hotels, rough road but veryvery peaceful! Some issues with wifi because it's an isolated island Room: clean, nice bed and nice view, stairs are very sloping. Staff: helping

Nice getaway

Nice place with nice staff. It was a bit far away from everything. No restaurants close except the hotels restaurant wich was nice. But it was cosy to be far away. Breakfast was okay. Nice juices! Room was nice. Close to a small beach and surf break. Would come back! The only thing we missed was water refill and mosquito -net (a lot of mosquitos )

Nice staff, helpfull. Huts on the beach good for surfing you can see the surf from the hut. Its not a begginer spot. Good for children. We were there with a 7 months old baby no problem.

BED BUGS

I stayed 3 nights on `18th May 2014 in the twin bed hut.The Hut appeared very clean, staff friendly, location fantastic with private beach but unfortunately the sheets had small rusty stains which should have been a warning to me. I was bitten on first nite on legs and arms, alerted staff who changed bedding and sprayed bed but unfortunately the next night I was further bitten all over back, stomach. This ruined my 2 week holiday. The bed needed to be fumigated as I have now been told

Stayed 3 nights and the first night II noticed a few rusty colored stains on sheets, although they were clean, so I didnt worry, the next day I had bites over my arms and legs. Told staff who changed bedding and sprayed bed. Next morning I was covered in more bites on back and front. The place is so nice but unfortunately the bed needed proper fumigation. I tried to stay positive so did not really complain as I did not want to spoil the holiday for myself or my companion. I am unsure why there are no other posts stating guests were bitten by bed bugs

Amazing location and lovely staff

I had a wonderful stay at the secret point huts. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It felt very safe and is located in a great spot for the surf. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone

Beware of bugs from roof hut and bed!!!!!

I was covered in bites, not sure if from roof or bed, i alerted staff who sprayed bed and changed sheets, next nite i was bitten again, now with bite marks all over my body,

Rustige uithoek van het eiland

Aardige behulpzame mensen. De weg er naar toe met scooter erg hobbelig maar kom je met een snelboot dan wordt je er naar toe gebracht met busje van toeroperator (bv Merlin). Onderweg veel warungs. Op Ceningan Sea Breeze Warung, erg lekker/vers/niet prijzig. Bij hotel kan je surfen of snorkelen. Wil je wat van de omgeving zien dan ben je genoodzaakt om een scooter te huren. De wegen op Lembogan zijn veel beter dan op Ceningan. Cockfights gezien, waterslangen en reuze vissen! Volgende keer verblijven wij hier langer.

Aivan ihana oman rauhan paikka. Hyvät ja siistit bungalowit, rauhaisa ja siisti allasalue ja oma ranta. Hieman hankalan matkan päässä, mutta kannattaa olla ajoissa yhteydessä hotellille, järjestävät kuljetuksen Nusa Lembong saaren satamasta. Ravintolassa erittäin hyvää ruokaa. Kaukana muista palaveluista, mutta skootterit kulkee :) Tykkäsin todella ja mieli lepäsi.

A little bit of Heaven

The island is so remote as is the hotel to the rest of the world that it seems you have left the holding powers of the planet and moved on to Heaven. The tranquility is like nothing I've experienced before. The beauty is unreal. The food and staff treat you Ike royalty in this far from luxury experience. You have everything you need and nothing more, but it feels perfect. Great experience

Wonderful huts in the middle of no-where

Our 9 days at SPH started well: Kutut organised a speed boat for us (RP400,000 each return) from Sanur. The room was nice with a beautiful roof and small balcony. On day 2 we got moved to a sea view room. Thebathroom is ok: no hot water. It's ok on a sunny day but on riny days it's not v pleasant. We booked a half-board offer (continental breakfast + 1 more meal). The staff refused to honor the deal & we had to contact management in Bali & Expedia to get the problem solved. They told us we could have only nasi goreng (rice) or bami goreng (fried noodles) and couldn't upgrade to other options (unlike breakfast)! Even after this the staff kept charging us each time and we had to fight to get the bills waved. With the exception of 2 people, the staff were always v rude & never smiling. The hotel is nice & the views r great. Unfortunately it's far from everything. There's a few things u can do during the day but at night u'r stuck as the roads r terrible: full of massive pot holes and with no lights! I know it's only about 4kms until Lembongan but it takes about 45minutes on these roads, I swear! We've been around the world & these r the worst roads we've been on so far! I can recommend this place for max 3 ays as it's very beautiful and relaxing but not longer. I suggest u stay in Lembongan where all the restaurants & bars r & you can still do something after sunset & hire a scooter & explore nusa Cenigan that way instead.
