Nothing fancy but great value for the price. The hotel is obviously old but apparently has some remodeling, I stayed in two rooms which were nice and spacious, but the bathrooms were not in bad condition. The caulking around the bathtub and tiles was in poor condition and very badly done, and the bathtub/showers were slippery enough to be dangerous. Good points were the beautiful pool and dining area and the excellent staff who were friendly and gracious. Very reasonable price including an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again.

The Breakfast offered at this stay was amazing and the overall stay was great, the only thing I could say, was a few of the utility switches were broken, one of them being for the jetted tub which was also dirty.

Feel welcome from front desk staff, especially from Leony, she was 100% served me with heart. She helped me different things everyday I stayed there. She is a treasure of your hotel. Also a server in the restaurant named Budti, very nice man and excellent service too. I’ll stay here again.

I spent 2 nights at the best western villa in Kuta. The staff were lovely & so accommodating, bedroom was comfortable for 1, and the pool area is beautiful and was very quiet during my stay. I ate all 3 meals at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious- the complementary breakfast had plenty of food options! Where my room was located it backed onto an alley way so there was some road noise at night (but nothing that was too terrible). I would recommend this hotel to others & really enjoyed my stay :)

Everything thing was great and the staff was very friendly. The only thing i can recommend is for the facility replace the mattress every couple of years. The sheets were clean but the mattress was a bit stained. Other than that my stay was great.
