7.6/10 Good! (365 reviews)
The list goes on. Where to start?? Rooms need updating. Broken door handles. Broken toilet roll holder. Ceiling fan above the couch is cooked. Only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 5 night stay. They supply a mini sample size of toiletries and no free replacements - unless you stay for 7 nights. The coffee sachets were stale and the sugar sachets had absorbed mositure and gone sticky, no longer useable granules. The mugs need replacing or bleaching as they're also filthy. Allergies were peaking with the amount of dust under the beds. No plug for the bath (which didn't impress my child). Mid stay we thought we'd cook a BBQ dinner, loaded up the BBQ after preheating it, 2 mins later - no gas! 2nd BBQ also out of gas. Rang afterhours number - no help!! French doors to the balcony didn't even shut properly, the door hadle was hanging off and tiny locking latches were broken. Filthy tshirt along with used ear cotton buds found inside the wardrobe next to a disposable razor and a floss pick. Outdoor patio light doesn't work. Definitely wouldn't rate it. It was one thing after another. Everything came at additional cost and inconvenience. Only positives.. good location and Lea on reception was so hospitable from booking, assisting with surprise party decorations and cake recommendations right through to her sightseeing suggestions.
