We have stayed at the resort previously and were disappointed, we were going with friends this time so thought we’d try again…sadly disappointed again. We requested the rooms be close together so our kids could play , we were put in buildings far apart. I had requested a roll away bed in our booking, at checkin and again had to call twice to get it delivered to the room. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced once. The activities staff were rude and not interested in helping guests at all, 2 days the conditions were excellent for catamarans however they didn’t bother to put sails on them so we couldn’t use them. The pool area was never tidied or cleared by staff throughout the days, food containers and glasses everywhere. I understand there are staffing challenges at present, However the prices still reflect a full resort service offer. Obviously this is not achievable . The ridiculous sicilian menu in the only food and beverage outlet is horrid and makes no sense, if your unfortunate enough to be staying here try The Loose Goose down the road, it’s amazing! Buffet options aren’t our thing especially when it’s Asian, American or Italian, don’t bother dining here at all. In future we will prefer to stay in mooloolaba as our 3 nights there before twin waters was relaxing and enjoyable. So disappointed in the resort once again. Save yourself a lot of money go elsewhere.
