Average all round - facilities not terribly well maintained, pool gates locked, bbq tray overflowing with water and fat residue. Beds were like cardboard and I have spent a week in physio for my shoulder because of them. Double headed shower seemed impressive, but neither worked properly.
Our daughter enjoyed the pool and slide, but I did feel it was a bit over priced for the condition of the property. Kitchen facilities were good - but the general feel of the place is a bit worn.
Once a wonderful quiet oasis in the rainforest, it is now a has-been. Nothing has been maintained and it seems like the park is being sold off bit by bit to the adjacent retirement village. Sad.
It’s no surprise that it has lost its big4 status.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the pool, the jumping pillow and the playground.
There is a mini putt putt course that doesnt look like its been used for years and there was a games room that needed coins to operate anything.
We were given a sheet when we entered to let is know what we could do while were there (last week of school holidays) it said there was a kids club but when we enquired we were advised it hadnt run since christmas. So i just thought it would have been easier to either cross it out? Or let people know that its not available, rather then people walk around the whole grounds looking for it?
Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and the campsites were clean
