"Not welcoming staff. Sadly a female staff who stands by the check in machine wasn’t helpful at all, she didn’t let me go to the counter either. It would be nicer to see someone with welcoming attitude when we arrive in the hotel. It’s was my first time using this hotel, of course I don’t know what to do, perhaps little support and smile can help. This hotel has a Japanese style public bath included (free of charge) which is very nice. Good location. "

"Hotel is connecting to terminal 3. We arrived past 10:45pm and we have a lot of luggages, so staying within airport area is really helpful. The room is big compared to other Tokyo hotels, clean, and well decorated. I gave a 4-star instead of 5-star is because the self check in system double charged us. The hotel "

"The hotel is located at the centre area of Umeda which is closed to access nearby department stores and shops. It would be better if the more food varieties can be offered in breakfast. "
