"Very nice property in a convenient location. It is, however, near many nightclubs and the parties went on until 6 AM all four nights of our stay. While the noise did not keep us up (we were on the 6th floor), it was certainly noticeable. But otherwise a great place to stay and that didn’t really detract from our visit."

Amenities include free coffee, tea, bath house for Men and Women, massage chairs, coin laundry, breakfast for a fee and a safe in the room. They also offer complimentary toiletries. It is across the street from Don Quiote and a 7 min walk to Aeon Mall. 5/5 stay! The arent many restaurants nearby."

"Room was pretty small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is near the train station and near shops. Staff was very nice and friendly. "

"The location was perfect for us . We loved that we were within a few blocks to the Nishiki market, Takoyakushi-dōri and walking distance to Gion and the train station. You walked out of the building to lots of stores, restaurants and activity but our room backed onto a temple so was very quiet at night . The facility was clean and the reception very helpful. The room had linoleum not carpet easy cleaning. Room size was decent. We had a twin room and would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Rooms were very nice. I especially enjoyed the size of room 611. So spacious! The free refreshment room near the lobby is a nice touch. Although I did not have access on my last three days. Staff is very courteous, particularly the front door staff. 18日間お世話になりました。有り難うございました。"
