"Only have issue with the front desk staff, He wasn’t pleasant nor friendly. He is annoyed when I asked question if we can check in late I didn’t mind paying extra which he did charge us. Overall he is rude. But the rest of the staff are nice especially the room service staff every time we pass them at the hallway they always greet us & have a smile in their faces. The room are cleaned everyday & spacious. The location are very convenient to walk Pontacho alley, Nishiki market, Train stations, Kawaramachi & lots of store to walk to nearby."

"The spa was relaxing and a novel experience. Make sure you read up on Japanese bath customs before you decide to visit it! The staff was courteous and helpful. The Blossom restaurant is worth visiting. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but the dinner is even better. My husband could not stop raving about the phenomenal steak he ate! While in Kyoto, I would definitely stay at the Blossom."

"The overall hotel is very nice with a great rooftop bar to end the night and very clean. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is also walking distance to some of the best shopping we did the entire trip. Will stay here again for sure. "
