"The property was very clean. Smelled really good. room felt comfortable and homey. The main lobby entry at the 1st floor is not the check-in area for the hotel. Check-in is on the 4th floor and rather small. The main lobby is beautiful. But i didnt realize the hotel caters more to wedding events ..."

I found it funny how body wash, shampoo, conditioner bottles get randomly swapped positions— I’m sure this isn’t intentional but something to look out for (don’t be like me who accidentally put body wash on my hair thinking it was shampoo). other than that, everything you need is in this hotel! Very clean! Friendly staff! "

"Front desk helped me out and were very accommodating even though I don't speak Japanese. Breakfast was delicious with westerner options buffet style. All the major attractions are within walking distance. "

"I've stayed at ibis hotels in Europe and they were good. This one is newer and very nice. Clean, roomy compared to other similar hotels in Japan. No bathtub but that was not important as people rarely use them in hotels anyway. Parking was secure, but a little inconvenient because i needed hotel staff to unlock gate anytime i needed to get to my car. Staff friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again."
