"The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. "no wifi, which I needed to check in for plane. Had to search and pay for an internet café, but website down so waste of money. If hotel had wifi I could have kept checking. I also missed emails from airline and booking agent telling me about delayed plane and to contact them re my connecting flight. Luckily all sorted out at the airport two days later. Hotel a bit dated, bathroom cramped with little shelving to put things."
