The hotel was excellent great breakfast and great price. Staff was very helpful and even the manager with the little English he could speak took my husband down the street to the 7eleven to help him purchase tickets to a soccer game at Toyota Stadium. He went above and beyond. Great location to shopping, restaurants and train station. We stayed 9 nights and would stay again.

About 10 minutes walk to JR station in Nagoya for commute to other cities via train or subway. Hotel offers complimentary Japanese breakfast. No dining options in hotel for lunch and dinner as there are many restaurants nearby. However, you could bring food to the breakfast area where you can have complimentary coffee and tea to go along with your food.

Room size is good and was able to accommodate my family of three and 3 luggages without feeling cramped. This was one of the better hotels during my trip to Japan this summer. The hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo was way smaller and more expensive. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Definitely a 4 star experience at this hotel.

Good value for the money

The hotel is really good value for the price, free breakfast is nice and only few minutes walk to Nagoya station. room size is much bigger than I expected, and it’s very new !!

Good location to stations, shops and restaurants

A new hotel and the facilities are modern; but don't know why there was lot of dust on the bed, particularly below the pillows and on the top of headboard. The size of the room is a little bigger than other economic chain hotel and it is really good. I especially like the breakfast which is better than I expected. The welcome drink is also nice but the staff should inform (or put a sign to show the time) guests when they arrive before the official check in time.

We didn't hanging out much in Nagoya due to the illness, but well received the kind and careness. Will be back in my next Nagoya trip. And thank you ~

Great hotel

Would definitely stay again! We arrived slightly early before check-in time. Friendly staff greeted us and told us that our room was ready and we could check-in early. Location was good, short walk to the main train station in Nagoya. Plenty to eat around, and a convenience store across the road too. Breakfast was good too, enough selection to satisfy even our fussy eaters. Free drinks in the afternoon. They have 3 machines for coin laundry, and the best part about this is if another guest decide to not collect their laundry when it is done, the staff will empty the machine out for you to use, and store the other person’s laundry aside for them to pick up later. Very helpful as we have stayed in other hotels and have to hope that other hotel guests pickup their laundry at the end of their cycle, and not leave it in there overnight! They also have extra pillows and amenities you can pickup from the reception area. Definitely great value for money too as this was our cheapest and biggest hotel room we stayed in. Very happy with this choice.

Cosy hotel with excellent staff service

Route to hotel from Meitetsu Nagoya Station was about 10-15min. It's really quite an easy route, flat and relatively easy to pull your luggage along. It's self service check-in/out but staff is there to help you too. What's really amazing is the hotel room has all instructions in English, including the aircon operations. Standard amenities are included in the room like kettle, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, green tea. You can get free coffee in the cafe from 10am onwards. Plus, the cafe has a microwave so you can also buy food back to the hotel to heat it up and eat! There's also razor, comb, sleepwear, and extra pillows that you can get in the lobby. Room security is good as your room card key is needed for the lift, in fact the card key is 'tied to' the floor you stayed in. There's also luggage lockers in the lobby. Room included breakfast which was good. There's croissants, bread, pancakes, cereal, salad, smoothies, coffee, tea, rice, soup, scrambled eggs, tofu, sausages, noodles (not everyday), gyoza etc. One other thing i like is that the hotel actually clean your room (clear rubbish and change towels) every day, which is quite a rarity these days as most hotels will only do so if you specifically request or upfront indicate they will only clean your room if you stay more than 3 nites. Definitely a hotel that i will chose again and also recommend to others.

Easy to reach, just a few mins walk from Nagoya Station. Room size is ok with stylish decoration. Complimentary breakfast is very attractive. Overall, nice accommodation experience and the hotel is new & modern. It will be my first choice to stay with next time in Nagoya.
