Beautiful hotel and building with good amenities, the area is quiet, and many shops close early. But thereโ€™s good night life about 10 minutes walk away, and the station is nearby. Check in and check out can be done by the self service counter. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 7 nights for work, and housekeeping was provided only once. Any additional cleaning required extra payment, yet there was no prior notice of this at the time of booking. That one cleaning was extremely poor. The dirty sheets were not changed, and used glasses were simply put back without being washed. Even after requesting another cleaning, nothing improvedโ€”my pajamas were missing, and the glasses were still dirty. To make matters worse, the bed sheets didnโ€™t even fit properly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While the interior looks modern and stylish at first glance, the layout is inconvenient and the room is not comfortable at all. There was a humidifier and an air purifier in the room, but they only worked via USB, while the available outlets were standard plugs. When I asked the front desk, they handed me an adapter in a very unfriendly manner. The staff overall were not helpful, and some were surprisingly rude.
